A one-time pet fee is required upfront for each pet living in the unit. Each unit can have a maximum of two pets. Pet fees are non-refundable.

Residents can rent a parking space in Cordelles indoor parking garage. Garage parking spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and each space is subject to a monthly parking charge.

Cordelle charges a monthly trash fee per resident. This charge does not change from month-to-month.
Cordelle charges water and sewer back to each unit using the City of St. Paul's RUBs calculation. This charge will vary slightly each month depending on building wide water usage.
Upon move-in, residents are responsible for setting up an account with Excel Energy for their units electricity.

Upon move-in, residents are responsible for setting up their own internet service with a provider that suites their needs. However, Cordelle has an exclusive partnership with Quantum Fiber. Management will connect you with Cordelle’s Quantum Fiber representatives to help you access special discounts and deals.
Cordelle is managed by DM Companies. The management office is open Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. On-site maintenance is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. After-hours emergency maintenance is available 24/7 and handled by DM Companies’ in-house maintenance team.
Cordelle’s application is 100% online. Upon request, the management team will email an application link to each adult 18 years and older who will be living in the apartment home. Each application includes a background check, credit check, rental history verification, and employment verification. Once all application(s) are complete, a decision is provided within 24 to 72 business hours. Out-of-state applications may take longer due to additional requirements in the screening processes.
Applicants must provide photos of the front and back of their state ID, passport, or other government-issued identification, along with their three most recent pay statements. If the applicant has not yet started their job or only has one or two pay statements, a formal offer letter can be accepted in addition. The units monthly income must equal 2.5 times the monthly rent. Other forms of income (Social Security, investment distributions, retirement distributions, and savings) can be considered.
Co-signers are accepted. They must complete the same application as the lease holders and show verifiable monthly income of at least 5 times the monthly rent. Other forms of income (Social Security, investment distributions, retirement distributions, and savings) can be considered.
